We will meet face to face or via Zoom once per month to chat about progress, food diary, problem areas, obstacles and go through how to overcome them building strategies and working on mindset along the way. A chance to catch up more often and great for people with no prior experience of nutrition coaching.

You will receive a weekly check in via SENPRO with a number of questions to help track the progress of the week and assess any problems areas. These will also be addressed in video feedback.

If you already have experience with tracking, it can be helpful way to move forward.

Every single bit of information is specific to you and your goals and help bridge the gap to get you closer.

Each check in will consist of looking over food diary to see what small changes could be made day to day and in certain situations. We will look over timing to make sure you are getting the most out of your training and that your are fuelling and recovering most effectively.

Habits will be set up up for you individually, based on the feedback from check in’s, 1:1 meetings and also feedback from food diary. These will be ticked off on a daily basis, helping with accountability and also helping to remind you on what the focus is.

There are lots of educational videos on the online portal that you can watch at any time.

Join a group of like minded people, who all have a common goal of improving their wellness. Share ideas and recipes and also about struggles.

With the help of an app called ‘Samsung Food’, there is a huge bank of recipes that help with not only ideas for cooking and preparation but also helps you plan a shopping list. Makes planning, prep and shopping MUCH easier.
