What is Focused Nutrition?

  • Focused Nutrition is a 1:1 coaching nutrition based company. I work with clients on an individual basis to help them achieve their goals.

  • I not only look at your nutrition, but I also look at your lifestyle and how that affects the decisions and choices you make around food.

  • I want to help everyone achieve their goals, however big or small, whether the goals are health related or performance driven, nutrition is usually the last aspect of life people look at when in fact it is the most important.

  • If you feel like you have tried everything and are not getting anywhere then fill out the form below to give an insight into what you are looking for and what you need help with and I will be in touch with the best options for you.

  • Food is a big part of most people’s lives, so I work with you to create a nutrition strategy that encompasses your lifestyle and preferences.

  • There are no meal plans, unrealistic expectations, or strict and rigid rules. Just practical and realistic recommendations that get you where you want to be by adjusting some habits and behaviours.

1:1 coaching is designed with long term goals in mind, you have learned the basics in Primer 1:1 puts all of those actions in practice. It also offers accountability and support throughout.

By tracking your food via our SENPRO app we can look for trends of things that work and do not work for you and adjust accordingly.

This has got to be done over time and is not something that can be done in the short term.
